Introduction to BBA Program
Mangalmay Institutions offers a three years full time Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) affiliated to CCS University, Meerut, since year 2002. This three year Bachelors degree provides a holistic development of students that encompasses academic knowledge, managerial and business skills like critical thinking, decision-making and global social skills.
This undergraduate course is designed not only to impart knowledge and understanding of the basic management concepts but also to deliver professional skills by mix of building sound knowledge base of contemporary business practices delivered in class rooms and exposure to corporate practices beyond classrooms. This program provides rigorous training in Business Management encompassing areas such as General Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Finance. The emphasis is on contemporary issues affecting business and problem solving, such as management of change within an increasingly dynamic environment and the development of business skills across organizations and sectors.

Is divided into 6 semesters, each semester having six compulsory papers . BBA Degree at Mangalmay, follows contemporary management education methodologies , delivered by experienced professionals and encourages lifelong learning through experiential techniques such as Case study administration, Peer to Peer Learning, Webinars, Industry Mentorship, Guest Lectures by Industry experts, E-learning, Theatre Technique , Role Plays, Field Researches, Assignments, Presentations, Workshops, Panel Discussions, Research Projects, Team work. On successful completion of the program requirements, the students are awarded a Graduate Degree in Management (BBA), which is highly reputed and demanded in the industry and considered as the benchmark in Management education in India.
The BBA degree also launches students towards dual option of working and then pursuing Masters program in Management or thereafter the graduation straight way take the plunge towards MBA program with BBA advantage.

“I am doing BTech here. I had to come here because I did not get any better college. The whole of the faculties have written ‘assistant professor’ on their ID cards. Some of them just come into the class for time pass. Some teach fairly well. Apart from that, they do support the ones who actually study in the classroom. The placement opportunities are not too high. If you wish to come to this college, be prepared to get an off-campus placement. Highest package here, in BTech, is about 3-4 LPA. Not more than that. And average is about 2-3 LPA.”
“The highest salary package offered by Amazon is 16,00,000 per annum, the lowest is 1,20,000 per annum, and the average package is about 2 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies for our course are Meesho and Flipkart. About 20% of students got internships from our course, and in companies like HCL and Amazon.”
“Yes, the college has good infrastructure with facilities like libraries, classrooms, hostels for separate boys and girls (Wi-Fi, water, food, and all amenities to live in). Living space is hygienic with average food.”
“The placement percentage is very low, and the highest package I think will be 10 LPA, and the minimum is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are LG, Paytm, etc. About 60% of students from our batch were placed. The highest package was around 5 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average package was 3.5 LPA.”
