Introduction to B.COM Program
Mangalmay Institutions offers a three years full time Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) affiliated to CCS University, Meerut, since year 2002. This three year Bachelors degree provides a holistic development of students that encompasses academic knowledge, managerial and business skills like critical thinking, decision-making and global social skills.
This undergraduate course is designed not only to impart knowledge and understanding of the basic management concepts but also to deliver professional skills by mix of building sound knowledge base of contemporary business practices delivered in class rooms and exposure to corporate practices beyond classrooms. This program provides rigorous training in Business Management encompassing areas such as General Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Finance. The emphasis is on contemporary issues affecting business and problem solving, such as management of change within an increasingly dynamic environment and the development of business skills across organizations and sectors.

Apart from the normal curriculum students get to participate in cross cultural group activities like clubs and meetings, where they learn to develop their interpersonal skills. Students are also encouraged to take part in team activities like debates, extempore challenges and public speaking helping them to explore their talents and skills.

“I am doing BTech here. I had to come here because I did not get any better college. The whole of the faculties have written ‘assistant professor’ on their ID cards. Some of them just come into the class for time pass. Some teach fairly well. Apart from that, they do support the ones who actually study in the classroom. The placement opportunities are not too high. If you wish to come to this college, be prepared to get an off-campus placement. Highest package here, in BTech, is about 3-4 LPA. Not more than that. And average is about 2-3 LPA.”
