About the Program
The pharmacy diploma programme is intended to prepare students with the necessary skills and academic knowledge for basic-level positions in retail pharmacies as well as pharmaceutical companies. The coursework of the programme essentially provides an overview of the theory and various principles and practices involved in the science of pharmacy.
Upon completion, students become eligible to work under the supervision of licensed pharmacists in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other related pharmaceutical fields.

Sharda University Scholarships
Right to Education is one of the fundamental rights of every Indian citizen. Sharda University believes that money should not be a road block for a student with innovative ideas in his mind and passion in his heart.
The students on their satisfactory performance in Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT), Personal Interview (PI) and depending on their merit in qualifying exams, shall be eligible for the grant of merit scholarships.
Range: 10% to 100% of tuition fees
The students who have excelled in sporting activities at National & State Level will be eligible for Sports Scholarship from 10% to 100% on tuition fee in 1st year.
Applicable for achievements in 2022-23 & later
5% Scholarship for Children of Military/Para Military/Govt. Security Forces, Serving & Retd. Defence Personnel on tuition fee of 1st year.
Valid defense proof required
Fee waiver of 5% in 1st year for student whose sibling is pursuing education at the university. Proof of relation is required.
10% to 100% based on innovation ideas that get selected by committee for innovation. Pitch your idea during admission process.
Tuition fee waiver as per University policy for wards of Sharda University staff members.
Important Scholarship Notes:
- The number of scholarships in 2nd and subsequent years shall be as per scholarships continuation policy 2025-26
- Academic performance of a student shall be the sole criteria for continuation of scholarship
- Scholarship continuation eligibility: Minimum 8.00 CGPA and 75% attendance, no FI/FR/or any other backlog
- Scholarship will be awarded on Tuition Fee only (Foreign Tour or any other charges shall not be included)
- Scholarship would not apply if there is gap between academic sessions
- Only those students who have cleared their examination in 2023/2024 would be eligible for scholarship
- Maximum one Scholarship can be availed by the students whichever is higher
- Limited Scholarship seats are available, which will be offered on first-cum-first serve basis
